Hi, I'm Ali! The designer and creative brain behind Tobyrose Designs. And before you ask why a website designer is trying to assert dominance over a board game, let me, shall we say, connect the dots for you.
Because that's exactly what I do.
Before websites entered the picture, my world revolved around dance, choreography, theater, and a few side quests (toddler soccer coach? Check. Wedding calligrapher? Also check…flourished of course)
Dance was the first place I ever felt fluent, and I never imagined I'd find another creative outlet that scratched the same itch. Then, somewhere between fonts, layouts, and a deeply concerning number of browser tabs, I realized I'd found a way to do choreography with a trackpad.
Turns out, making things click is kind of my thing. Give me a business with a big idea, a whole lot of moving parts, or a story that's proving surprisingly difficult to tell, and I'm in my element, babay. I love finding the thing that makes it all come together. And then making sure everybody else notices, too.
